Common questions

Can I sign in with my qslworld.com or Ham Browser account? Yes. It is one account: use the same email or callsign and password.

Does it work without internet? Yes. Your logbook is kept on the device; contacts you log offline are sent when you are back online.

What do the plans include? The logbook is free. QSL World Plan adds maps and flight paths, QSL cards and the QSL Card Design Studio, every logbook type and qslworld.com license. QSL World Pro adds Grid Rush, radio control, shared logs, several callsigns and import/export. See qslworld.com/license-levels.

How do I cancel or restore a subscription? On iPhone and iPad, cancel in your Apple Account settings (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). On Android, cancel in Google Play > Payments and subscriptions. Use Restore Purchases on the plan screen after reinstalling or on a new device. To delete your account, see Deleting your data or write to support@qslworld.com.

How do I delete my account? In the app: Operator > Delete my profile. See the app privacy policy for what is deleted.

Which radios work with radio control? Icom, Yaesu, Kenwood, Elecraft and others through a Bluetooth CAT adapter, or any radio through rigctld (Hamlib) or flrig on your network.
